This matter is placed before this Court along with report dated 16.10.2022 of Mediation and Conciliation Center, Allahabad High Court that the parties have settled their issues and have decided to live together as husband and wife i.e. applicant no.1 and opposite party no.2.
None appears on behalf of applicants and opposite party No.2.
Considering the above settlement report as well as nature of offence, the proceeding against applicants in Complaint Case No. 2264 of 2019 (Rubi vs. Ankit Baghel and others) under Sections 498-A, 323, 504, 506 I.P.C. and Section 4 of D.P. Act, Police Station- Sefai, District- Etawah, pending before Chief Judicial Magistrate, Etawah is hereby quashed.
Application stands allowed .
Contesting parties are directed to deposit Rs. 2000/- in the High Court Legal Services Committee within a period of two weeks from today.
