After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that the applicant wants to withdraw the petition and prayed that liberty may be given to move an application under section 216(1) Cr.P.C. for alteration of charges, so the present application may be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to move an application as stated.
Accordingly, the present petition / application U/s 482 Cr.P.C. is dismissed with liberty to move appropriate application as permissible under the law.
