Heard Sri Ajit Manit Tripathi, learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.
The present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed with a prayer to issue direction to the court of Learned Special Judge/S.C./S.T. Act, Gorakhpur for expeditious disposal of trial of S.T. No.01 of 2012 (State vs. Gyan Bahadure @ Gyan Singh) arising out of Case Crime No.995 of 2009, under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 504 and 302 I.P.C. at Police Station- Bansgaon, District- Gorakhpur within a stipulated period.
Having heard the submissions advanced by learned counsel for the applicant as well as learned A.G.A., considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the averments made in the application, the court of Learned Special Judge/S.C./S.T. Act, Gorakhpur is directed to expedite the trial of aforesaid case and conclude the same expeditiously strictly in accordance with law, preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of a certified/computer generated copy of this order, if there is no legal impediment.
With the aforesaid directions, the present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. application is finally disposed of .
