This application under section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by applicant for a direction to Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hathras to decide Complaint Case No. 24 of 2020 (Dharvendra Kumar vs. Lakhan Singh), under section 138 of N.I. Act, Police Station- Sasni, District- Hathras within a time period fixed by this Court.
After some arguments, learned counsel for applicant fairly submits that present application be dismissed as not pressed at this stage with liberty to file fresh at appropriate stage.
Prayer made by learned counsel for applicant is not opposed by learned A.G.A.
In view of above, this application is dismissed as not pressed at this stage with aforesaid liberty.
