Learned counsel for the applicant after arguing for sometime on instructions submits that he is not pressing the prayers made in this application for quashing the entire criminal proceedings of Case No.50 of 2021, (State Vs. Amit Kumar Tripathi) arising out of Case Crime No.1050 of 2020 under Section 500 I.P.C. and under Section 3/4 Dowry Prohibition Act, Police StationFarrukhabad Kotwali, district-Farrukhabad, pending in the court of Civil Judge (J.D.)/F.T.C., Farrukahbad and charge-sheet dated 27.3.2021 and Cognizance order as well as summoning order dated 25.6.20221 passed by Civil Judge (J.D.)/F.T.C., Farrukahbad and prayed that the applicant is desirous to appear before the trial court within a period of two weeks, file bail application and in case the bail application is filed, the same may be decided expeditiously in view of the judgment of Supreme Court in Satender Kumar Antil vs. Central Bureau of Investigation and another, (2021) 10 SCC 773.
In view of the above, prayers made in this application are rejected.
Application is disposed of with the direction that in the event applicant honours his undertaking and files appropriate bail application, Trial Court will undertake all endeavour to decide the same expeditiously in accordance with law considering the judgment passed by Supreme Court in Satender Kumar Antil vs. Central Bureau of Investigation and another, (2021) 10 SCC 773.
