Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.

The present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed with a prayer to issue direction to the court of Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Kanpur Nagar for expeditious disposal of Case No. 14708 of 2018 (State vs. Manoj Mishra), arising out of Case Crime No. 722 of 2017, under Sections 406, 506, 336 I.P.C., Police Station- Chakeri, District- Kanpur Nagar, within a stipulated period.

Having heard the submissions advanced by learned counsel for the applicant as well as learned A.G.A., considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the averments made in the application, the court of Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Kanpur Nagar is directed to expedite the aforesaid case and conclude the same expeditiously strictly in accordance with law, preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of a certified/computer generated copy of this order, if there is no legal impediment.

With the aforesaid directions, the present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. application is finally disposed of .
