The present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been preferred seeking a direction to the learned Additional Sessions Judge/FTC, Court No. 1, Azamgarh to decide the Special Sessions Trial No. 225 of 2021 pending before the Additional Sessions Judge/FTC, Court No.1, Azamgarh under Sections 376, 504, 506 IPC arising out of Case Crime No. 0048 of 2021, Police Station Didarganj, District Azamgarh expeditiously.
After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that he does not want to press this petition at this stage and as such, the same may be dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file a fresh petition at appropriate stage.
