Heard learned counsel for applicant, learned AGA for State and perused the materials available on record.

The present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by applicant for seeking direction to decide the Criminal Case No. 279/11 of 2021 (Dr. Mansoor Mahmood Siddiqui v. Syed Nadeem Ahmad and Others), Police Station Civil Line, District Aligarh, pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aligarh.

The main submission of learned counsel for applicant is to issue direction to court below to decide the Case No. 279/11 of 2021, under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C. within a stipulated time alleging that application under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C. is pending since 28.6.2021 for disposal but trial court is not taking interest to decide the same.

Learned AGA opposed the prayer of application but conceded the factual submission made by learned counsel for the applicant.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties at length and prayer made by learned counsel for

applicant for expeditious disposal of criminal case, the present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is disposed of with a direction to the Court below to decide the Criminal Case No. 279/11 of 2021, Mansoor Mahmood Siddiqui v. Syed Nadeem Ahmad and Others, expeditiously and preferably within a period of two months in accordance with law.
