Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State.

The only prayer made by the applicant is that a direction be issued to the Additional District Judge-XVth, Meerut to decide S. S. T. No. 574 of 2020; State Versus Abubakar and others, arising out of Case Crime No. 126 of 2020, under Sections-147, 148, 149, 352, 302, 307, 504, 506 and 34 I. P. C., P. S.-Mundali, district-Meerut within a definite period.

Considering the facts of the case but without expressing any opinion on the merits of the applicant's case, this application is finally disposed of with a direction to the Additional District Judge-XVth, Meerut to decide S. S. T. No. 574 of 2020; State Versus Abubakar and others, arising out of Case Crime No. 126 of 2020, under Sections-147, 148, 149, 352, 302, 307, 504, 506 and 34 I. P. C., P. S.-Mundali, district-Meerut in accordance with law without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties as expeditiously as possible, preferably within six months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
