This application U/S 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed for quashing the order dated 04.02.2020 issuing non-bailable warrant in Case Crime No. 50 of 2016, under Sections 147, 148, 149, 332, 353, 307 IPC, P.S. Dankaur, District G.B.Nagar. It is said that applicant are women who could not appear before the concerned court owing to some personal difficulty .
In these circumstances, it is directed that if the applicants surrender before the court concerned within one month from today and present a bail application, the same may be considered and decided by the court concerned strictly according to law.
With these directions, the application U/S 482 Cr.P.C. is disposed of.
Copy of order be certified to the court concerned immediately.
