Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.

This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is filed to quash the charge-sheet no.05 of 2021 dated 03.01.2021 as well as cognizance and summoning order dated 08.03.2021 and entire proceedings of Criminal Case No.3708 of 2021 (State of U.P. Versus Rakshpal Singh and others) arising out of Case Crime No.41 of 2020 under Sections 406, 420, 504 and 506 I.P.C., Police Station Shikohabad, District Firozabad, pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate Shikohabad, Firozabad.

Learned counsel for the applicants has submitted that he is not pressing the application for the prayer of quashing of the impugned charge-sheet, cognizance order as well as entire proceeding of the case. He is confining his prayer only for direction of expeditious disposal of the bail application in view of guidelines propounded in Satender Kumar Antil Versus Central Bureau of Investigation and another)(2021) 10 SCC 773.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the applicants, the prayer for quashing impugned charge-sheet, cognizance order as well as entire proceeding of the case is hereby refused.

This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is disposed of with a

direction that if applicants move bail application before the court concerned, it shall be decided expeditiously in accordance with settled principle of law propounded by Hon'ble Apex Court.
