Learned counsel for the applicant and the learned A.G.A. for the State are present.

This application has been moved by the applicant for quashing the impugned non bailable warrants dated 22.11.2021 passed by Additional Court 138 N.I. Act, Moradabad in complaint case no. 3807 of 2011 under section 138/142 N.I. Act, Pradeep Kumar Vs. Manoj Gupta, police station Majhaula District Moradabad.

The impugned order is before me. According to which non bailable warrants and the process under section 82 Cr.P.C. both have been issued against the applicant. The previous order sheet is not before me. This court is not a proper forum to quash the non bailable warrants issued against him.

Moreover a perusal of the record shows that the complaint case is of the year 2011 and now when process under section 82 Cr.P.C. along with non bailable warrants has been issued against the applicant, he has approached this court for quashing the impugned non bailable warrants.

In my opinion, there is no ground to interfere with the matter. The application is devoid of merits and is liable to be rejected.

This application is accordingly rejected.
