Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned counsel for the opposite party no.2 and learned A.G.A. appearing for State and perused the record.
This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed with the prayer to quash entire criminal proceeding of Case No. 5795 of 2018 arising out of charge sheet dated 29.9.2013 in Case Crime No. 451 of 2013 under Section 379, 411 I.P.C., Police Station- Gajrola District- Amroha pending in the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Amroha on the basis of compromise.
Learned counsel for the applicant has stated that a compromise has been entered between the parties as the offences are compoundable.
There is no requirement of any order from this Court in this regard. However, the applicant is at liberty to move an application for compromise within 15 days from today before competent court who shall pass appropriate orders in accordance with law considering the factum of compromise as early as possible.
With the aforesaid observation, this application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is disposed of finally.
