Heard Sri Abhishek Ankur Chaurasia, learned counsel for the applicants and Sri Arvind Kumar, learned AGA for the State and perused the record of the case.
Learned counsel for the applicants contended that in the present case the applicants were on bail but they could not appear on a date, therefore, nonbailable warrants were issued. Therefore, order dated 1.10.2021 issuing non-bailable warrants be quashed.
As non-bailable warrants against the applicants can be recalled by the court itself, therefore, there is no need of any indulgence by this Court.
Accordingly, the present application is dismissed.
