Heard Sri Saqib Ahmad, learned counsel for the applicant and Dr. S. B. Maurya, learned AGA-I for the State-respondent.

By way of filing application u/s 482 Cr.P.C., the applicant made a prayer to direct the court below to conclude the trial of Case No. 57 of 2019, under Sections 125 Cr.P.C., pending in the court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Auraiya expeditiously within stipulated period of time.

Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that applicant is the wife of opposite party no. 2 and she filed an application u/s 125 Cr.P.C. for her maintenance on 4.12.2019 but till date, application for maintenance filed by applicant is pending and opposite party no. 2, the husband of applicant is not cooperating with the trial of the case. He next submitted that applicant is having no source of income and opposite party no. 2, her husband is not providing her any maintenance, therefore, it is desirable to give a direction to the trial court to conclude the trial of the case, as expeditiously as possible, within stipulated period of time.

Learned AGA submitted that he is having no objection, if any such direction is given to the court below.
