Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State.

This application U/s 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the applicant with a prayer to quash the summoning order dated 18.10.2021 passed by learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jalaun (Orai) in Complaint Case No.421 of 2021 (Smt. Raj Kumari vs. Mahesh Kumar Kanaujiya) under Section 138 N.I. Act, Police Station Orai, District Jalaun.

The matter relates to 138 N.I. Act and the applicant wants to settle his dispute before the Mediation Centre at District Jalaun. The parties were to be offered assistance of mediation, they may be able to resolve their differences and bring an end to all disputes and differences between them, amicably.

The matter is referred to the Mediation Centre at District Jalaun with the direction that same may be resolved after giving notices to both the parties.

In view of the above, the applicant may move an application for mediation before the court concerned within 15 days from today. It is directed that Mediation Centre at District Jalaun shall proceed and resolve the matter expeditiously preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of the application filed before the Mediation Centre, Jalaun.
