Heard learned counsel applicants and learned A.G.A. for State.

The present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed for quashing of charge sheet No. 331 of 2020 dated 19.09.2020, cognizance order dated 10.11.2020 and entire proceedings of Criminal Case No. 12400/9 of 2020, arising out of Case Crime No. 319 of 202, under Sections 498A, 323, 506, 376 IPC and 3/4 Dowry Prohibition Act, Police Station Charthawal, District Muzaffar Nagar.

Learned counsel for applicants, after arguing for some time, on instruction, submits that applicant no. 2-Waseem has already surrendered before Court concerned and granted bail and so far as applicant No. 1-Sokeen is concerned, he is ready to surrender before the Trial Court and prayed that Trial Court be directed to consider his bail application in accordance with law.

Learned A.G.A. appearing for State has no objection against the aforesaid prayer.

In view of above, prayers made in this application are rejected. However, the application is disposed of with the direction to applicant no. 1-Sokeen, to surrender before Trial Court and file bail application and Trial Court is directed to decide the same in accordance with law expeditiously.
