Heard learned counsel for the parties as well as learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.
The present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed with a prayer to issue direction to the court of Additional Sessions Judge, Court No.4, Deoria for expeditious disposal of Sessions Trial No. 19 of 2019 (State vs. Devendra & Others), arising out of Case Crime No. 144 of 2018, under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 352, 504, 506, 302, 34 I.P.C. and Section 7 of Criminal Law Amendment Act, Police Station- Bankata, District- Deoria, within a stipulated period.
Having heard the submissions advanced by learned counsel for the applicant as well as learned A.G.A., considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the averments made in the application, the court of Additional Sessions Judge, Court No.4, Deoria is directed to expedite the aforesaid case and conclude the same with expedition and preferably within a period of six months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order strictly in accordance with the provisions made in Section 309 Cr.P.C., if there is no legal impediment.
With the aforesaid directions, the present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. application is finally disposed of .
