Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned A.G.A for the State as also perused the record.

This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed seeking direction to the court below for early decision of Execution Case No.21 of 2021 (Shayara Bano vs. Saleem @ Bambaaz), under Section- 128 Cr.P.C., arising out of Case No.523 of 2018 under Section 125 Cr.P.C., Police Station Saini, District Kaushabmi, pending before the court of learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Kaushambi.

Considering the facts of the case that the case under Section 125 Cr.P.C. has been decided ex-parte on 05.02.2021 and execution of the said order is pending before the court concerned. Progress of the execution case is very slow. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the applicant's case, this application U/s 482 Cr.P.C. is finally disposed of with a direction that trial court will make an endeavour to decide the execution case expeditiously, in accordance with law, preferably within a period of six months, without granting any unnecessary or long adjournments to either of the parties, if there is no other legal impediment.
