The order sheet shows sorry of affairs in the matter. On 14.12.2021, 10.01.2022 and 31.01.2022 there was no representation on behalf of the applicant. Then on 22.02.2022 there was a request for adjournment on behalf of the applicant which was allowed. Subsequently, on 22.03.2022 time was granted to learned counsel for the State to file counter affidavit. Then on 04.05.2022 again the matter was adjourned on the request of learned counsel for the applicant. Thus, it shows that the matter is lingering on since December, 2021 on one or the other pretext on behalf of the applicant. Today again no one appears on behalf of the applicant even when the matter has been revised list.
In these circumstance, the present application is dismissed for want of prosecution.
