Heard learaned counsel for the applicants, learned A.G.A. Sri Rajendra Kumar Paney, learned counsel for O.P. No. 2 and perused the record.
This application has been filed with a prayer to quash the proceedings of Case No. 8861 of 2021 (State Vs. Sachin @ Jitendra and others), case crime No. 339 of 2021, under sections 500, 504, 506 IPC and section 3/4 D.P. Act, P.S. Modi Nagar, District Ghaziabad pending in the court of A.C.J.M. Court No. 5, Ghaziabd, charge sheet dated 6.8.221 and cognizance order dated 21.09.2021.
From the perusal of the order dated 29.07.2022 it transpires that in compliance of the aforesaid order the entire amount has already been paid by the applicants to O.P. No. 2 and the same has been accepted by learned counsel for O.P. No. 2.
Considering the same, the charge sheet filed in the present case as well as the proceeding is hereby quashed and this application is allowed .
