Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State.

By means of the present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C., the applicant has sought for a suitable direction to the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, First, Court No. 12, Jaunpur to decide the proceedings of criminal case no. 94 of 2021 arising out of case crime no. 194 of 2020 under Sections 498-A, 323, 504, 506 IPC and Section 3/4 of D.P. Act, P.S. Jalalpur, District Jaunpur which is pending before the aforesaid court, within time stipulated by this Court.

It was submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that applicant is accused in the above-stated case and chargesheet of the said case has been filed on 06.03.2021 but no progress has been made so far and thus, the Court below be directed to decide the above-stated case expeditiously within a fix time frame.

Perusal of the record shows that in this case, chargesheet has been submitted on 06.03.2021 and the case is at the initial stage and, thus, no direction for deciding the case in a specific time frame is warranted.

However, needless to state that the court below shall proceed with the case with required expediency in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observation, the instant application is disposed of.
