Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned AGA for the State.

This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed to quash the order dated 15.01.2019 passed by learned court below, impugned charge sheet dated 12.09.2018 and the entire proceedings arising out of case no. 156 of 2019 CNR No. UPM004-001064-2019 arising out of Crime No. 0335 of 2018, under sections 323, 452, 376, 511, 506 and 504 of Indian Penal Code, Police Station Bhojpur, District Moradabad pending before learned court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate Court No. 3 Moradabad.

In pursuance of order dated 11.04.2019, the matter was referred to the mediation centre for settlement.

As per report of Mediation Centre dated 29.04.2019 clause 6 (f) and (g) shows that the parties have arrived at compromise and opposite party no. 2 has no objection if the Hon'ble Court is pleased to allow the present application. Further it shows that the parties have withdraw all the civil and criminal cases filed by them against each other.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, as noted herein above, and also the submissions made by the counsel for the parties, the court is of the considered opinion that no useful purpose shall be served by prolonging the proceedings of the above mentioned case.

Accordingly, the proceedings of the aforesaid case are hereby, quashed.

The application is disposed of.
