Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State.

By means of the present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C., the applicant has sought for a suitable direction to the Additional Sessions Judge, Court No. 11, Muzaffar Nagar to decide the proceedings of S.T. no. 481 of 2021 arising out of case crime no. 821 of 2018, under Section 328 IPC, P.S. Kotwali Nagar, District Muzaffar Nagar within time stipulated by this Court, which is pending before the aforesaid court.

It was submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that applicant is the complainant of the case and he has lodged the first information of the abovestated case against the private respondents in the year 2018, but no progress in trial has been made so far. Learned counsel further submits that a direction may be issued to the concerned court to decide the aforesaid case within specific time frame.

In view of the fact that said trial is of the year 2021, it would not be proper to fix any specific time frame to decide the case. However, the trial court would proceed with trial expeditiously and to decide the same as early as possible in accordance with law.

The instant application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is disposed of accordingly.
