Sangeeta vs. Nandlal & others) under Section 323, 354-B, 504, 506, 376, 511 I.P.C., P.S. Kaptanganj, District - Basti within a stipulated period.
It is stated by learned counsel for the applicant that the complaint is pending before the lower court since 2018.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the applicant's case, this application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is finally disposed of with a direction to the Judicial Magistrate - I, Basti to decide the aforesaid case, in accordance with law, without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of eight months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
