The present petition has been filed by the petitioner praying for a direction directing the Civil Judge (Senior Division)/F.T.C, Ballia to decide Misc.Case No.8 of 2017 (Vinod Kumar Sharma and another versus Umashanker Pandey & another).
The Civil Judge (Senior Division)/F.T.C, Ballia is directed to decide the aforesaid Misc.Case No.8 of 2017 within a period of one month from the date a copy of this order is produced before him, in case, there is no legal impediment in deciding the aforesaid case.
It is clarified that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the claim made by the petitioner.
With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
