Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
Present petition has been filed with following prayer:-
"(iii). To issue writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus direction Additional District Judge as Judge Small Causes Court, Room No. 17, Allahabad to decide the S.C.C. Suit No. 34 of 2007 (Waqf Sheikh Imami vs. M/s Sharfuddin & Sons)), within stipulated period."
In the facts and circumstances of the case, the present petition is finally disposed of with direction to the Additional District Judge, Allahabad to decide the aforesaid Suit, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a period of nine months from the date of production of certified copy of this order without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties. In case, adjournment is granted, Court shall record reasons for the same.
