This writ petition has been filed with a prayer that the Civil Suit No. 164 of 2016 (Jitendra Singh vs. Chandrika and Othes) be decided expeditiously within a stipulated period of time.
A perusal of the order sheet indicates that defendants have put in appearance and they have filed their written statements.
Under such circumstances, without going into the merits of the case, it is being directed that issues be framed within a period of two months from today and thereafter the Suit being Civil Suit No. 164 of 2016 be decided after hearing the parties and after giving them opportunity to lead evidence within the next four months.
With these observations, the writ petition is disposed of.
