This writ petition has been filed with a prayer that the Original Suit No.448 of 1992 (Sadashiv vs. Rishiraj @ Rishi Prasad & Others) pending since 1992 before the Court of Additional Civil Judge (Junior Division), 2nd, Jaunpur may be decided expeditiously within a stipulated period of time.
No useful purpose would be served in keeping the petition pending.
Under such circumstances, it is directed that the Original Suit No.448 of 1992 (Sadashiv vs. Rishiraj @ Rishi Prasad & Others) be decided on a day to day basis, within a period of six months from the presentation of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
It is being provided that adjournment be granted only under very pressing circumstances and that too on the imposition of a minimum cost of Rs.2,000/- on the party seeking adjournment.
The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
