Mr. Rahul Sahai, learned counsel for the petitioner states that after filing of the present writ petition, a review application has been filed before the court below, which is still pending. He prays that the petitioner be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a fresh petition after the decision in the review application, in case the petitioner aggrieved by the order passed in review application.
In view of above, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as prayed for.
