The present petition has been filed by the petitioner praying for a direction directing the Civil Judge (Senior Division), Court No.18, Deoria to decide Original Suit No.293 of 2009 (Smt.Urmila Devi versus Dhanushdhari Singh and others).
The Civil Judge (Senior Division), Court No.18, Deoria is directed to decide the aforesaid Original Suit No.293 of 2009 if still pending, expeditiously without granting any unnecessary adjournments to the parties, in case, there is no legal impediment in deciding the aforesaid suit.
It is clarified that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the claim of the petitioner.
