1. The petition has been filed under Section 482 CrPC for quashing proceeding of complaint Case No.327 of 2018, summoning order dated 4.7.2019 and bailable warrant dated 18.10.2021 (Annexure-2).
2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.G.A. for the State.

Learned counsel for applicants, after arguing for some time, submits that present petition may be dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file a bail application which may be decided in view of law laid down by Supreme Court in Satender Kumar Antil versus Central Bureau of Investigation and another Special, Leave to Appeal (Cri)No.5191 of 2021, to which learned A.G.A. has no objection.
4. In view of the above, present petition is dismissed as not pressed. It is provided that in case a bail application is filed within four weeks from today, the same be decided in view of the law laid down by Supreme Court in Satender Kumar Antil's case (supra).
