Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned State counsel.

By means of this Public Interest Litigation a prayer has been made to issue direction to the respondents to act upon some application dated 9th September, 2020 said to have been sent by the petitioner to various authorities including the District Magistrate, the Basic Shiksha Adhikari and Hon'ble the Chief Minister.

In the application certain allegations have been made against a school and according to the allegation the school is recognized to impart education upto primary level however, it is conducting classes upto Class-12.

No details of any student studying in the aforesaid private institution upto Intermediate classes has been given in the writ petition; neither any such disclosure has been made by the petitioner in the application said to have been sent by him on 9.9.2022. In absence of any specific assertions relating to the students being imparted education from Class-6 to 12, it is difÏcult not only for this court but also for the authorities to ascertain the correctness/veracity of the allegations made in the writ petition. Any Public Interest Litigation based on such vague assertions of facts, in our considered opinion, cannot be entertained. It is not only that such petitions cannot be entertained but also that filing of such petitions ultimately results in wastage of judicial time.

We may also notice that the application relating to allegations has been sent only on 10th of September, 2022 and the petitioner has rushed to this court seeking a direction for disposal of such an application unnecessarily.

For the aforesaid reasons, we are not inclined to entertain this petition which is hereby dismissed .
