This application has been filed seeking the release of the applicant-Dukhiram Yadav on bail in Case Crime No. 143/2021, under Sections 376-D, 506 I.P.C. and Section 5/6 Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012, Police Station Malhipur, District Shrawasti.
Sri Pawan Kumar Mishra, learned counsel for the applicant submits at the Bar that the trial of this case has already been concluded and the applicant has been acquitted from the charges levelled against him, therefore, he wants to withdraw this bail application.
Learned A.G.A. has no objection to the prayer made by learned counsel for the applicant.
In view of the statement made by learned counsel for the applicant, no useful purpose would be served to keep this bail application pending.
Accordingly, this bail application is dismissed as withdrawn.
