The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner, seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus commanding opposite parties to take necessary and positive action in respect of grievance of the petitioner and to protect the life and liberty of the petitioner from opposite parties nos.4 to 7 in relation to N.C.R. No.0044 of 2022 dated 11.7.2022 under Sections 323, 504 IO.P.C., Police Station Naveen Modern Police Station, District Sharavasti.
We have perused the prayer made in the petition and the pleadings made therein.
From perusal of the prayers made in the writ petition, we are of the opinion that no interference can be made by this Court in writ jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. The petitioner may avail other remedies available under the law.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed .
