Pinkal Shukla Vs State of U.P. Thru. Prin. Secy. Home, Lko. and Another

Present revision under section 19(4) of the Family Court Act has been filed against the Judgment and Oder dated 06-06-2022 passed by the learned Additional Principal Judge, Family Court No. 1, Sitapur in Case No. 1687/2019, on an application filed under section 125 Cr.P.C. by the wife of the revisionist, by which the learned Additional Principal Judge, Family Court No. 1, Sitapur, has awarded maintenance @ Rs. 3,000/P.M. to the wife of the revisionist from the date of passing of the order.

This court does not find any error of law or jurisdiction in the impugned order dated 06-062022 passed by the learned Additional Principal Judge, Family Court No. 1, Sitapur in awarding meager amount of maintenance of Rs. 3,000/- P.M. to the wife of the revisionist. The revision is accordingly dismissed .
