Learned counsel for the applicant submits that he has chosen a wrong forum as there is remedy available under Section 21(4) of the National Investigation Agency Act, 2008. He submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant bail application with liberty to pursue the appropriate remedy provided under the aforesaid Act, 2008.
Sri S.N. Tilhari, learned counsel for the opposite party has no objection to the contention aforesaid.
Accordingly, the present bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
