The present application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 has been filed with a prayer to direct the Principal Judge, Lucknow to decide the Case No. 310 of 2010 under Section 125 Cr.P.C.filed by the applicant no. 2 , Case No.866 o9f 2016 under section 125 Cr.P.C. filed by daughter of the applicant nos. 1 and 2 and the Divorce Petition No. 2223 of 2020 under Section 13 13-B of Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 on the basis of Compromise Deed dated 31. 05.2022.
After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicants wants to withdraw the present application with liberty to file a bail application/proceeding before the court of competent jurisdiction.
In view of the above, the application is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty as prayed for .
