After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the applicant submits that he does not want to press the present petition on merits, rather he prays that if he surrenders his bail application may be decided expeditiously.
Learned A.G.A. has no objection to this prayer.
In view of the above, the petition is dismissed as not pressed and it is provided that if the bail application is filed by the petitioner within ten days from today, the same shall be decided expeditiously as per law.
