Heard Sri Deepak Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Alok Sharma, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel appearing for the opposite party nos. 1 and 2 and Sri Rishabh Kapoor, learned counsel for the opposite party nos. 3 to 6.

By means of the instant writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for payment of his retiral dues.

The petitioner is said to have retired from service on 31.05.2021 and the retiral dues of the petitioner, namely, the amount of leave encashment, amount of gratuity, amount of group insurance scheme, pension including dearness reliefs have not been paid to the petitioner.

Sri Rishabh Kapoor, learned counsel for the opposite party nos. 3 to 6 could not dispute the entitlement of the petitioner to the post retiral dues.

Keeping in view the aforesaid facts, the instant writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the opposite parties to calculate and ensure payment of the entire post retiral dues admissible to the petitioner in accordance with law, within a period of four months' from the date a certified copy of this order is produced by the petitioner before the respondent no. 5.

With the aforesaid directions, the instant writ petition is disposed of .
