Heard Sri Ashutosh Pratap Singh the learned Counsel for the applicants, Sri Hari Shanker Bajpai, the learned AGA for the State respondents and Sri Sudhir Kumar Singh, the learned Counsel for opposite party no. 2 and perused the records.
At the very outset, the learned Counsel for the applicants confines his prayer to the extent that the applicants may be permitted to move an application for seeking bail in the light of law laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Satyendra Kumar Antil Vs. Central Bureau of Investigation reported in (2021) 10 SCC 773 .
It is trite that any order passed by Hon'ble Supreme Court is binding on all the Courts including the court below and the learned court below will certainly decide the application for bail moved by the applicants in accordance with the law laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Satyendra Kumar Antil (Supra).
With the aforesaid observation, the instant petition is disposed of.
