Shri Sunil Bajpayee, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel appearing for the opposite party submits that order passed by Writ Court has already been complied with and representation of the applicant has been decided by the Competent Authority, vide order dated 15.11.2022, therefore, contempt petition has thus lost its efficacy.
Considering the submission of Shri Sunil Bajpayee, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel appearing for the opposite party and going through the order dated 15.11.2022, it is evident that order of writ Court has been complied with. Accordingly, the contempt petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, it is open to the applicant to take appropriate remedy against the order dated 15.11.2022 passed by the opposite party/authority, if he is having any grievance. Order Date :- 17.11.2022
