Heard Sri Maya Ram Yadav, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State.

In view of proposed order, notice to opposite party nos. 3 to 6 is dispensed with.

By means of this petition, the petitioner has prayed following relief :

"i) . to issue a order or direction for opposite parties especially opposite party No. 2 to decide the Case No. T202004040301750' Ram Bharat vs. Urmila' under section 34 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 expeditiously within stipulated period in the interest of justice."

The submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the case is pending since 2020. He has submitted that the direction may be issued to the authority concerned to decide the same with expedition in the interest of justice.

Without entering into the merits of the case, this petition is finally disposed of with the direction to the Naib Tehsildar, Bakshi Ka Talab, Lucknow to decide the aforesaid proceedings strictly in accordance with law by affording an opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned, if required under the law with expedition, preferably within a period of three months from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before him, if there is no legal hurdle.

The petition is accordingly disposed of .
