Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.A. for the State as well as perused the record.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has filed an application under Section 340 Cr.P.C. which has been registered as Criminal Mis. Case No.1536 of 2019, Amkit Mogha vs. Sanjeev Agarwal and others. The first date fixed was 14.5.2019. He further submits that although several dates in the case have been fixed and notices have been served upon the respondents but respondents have not put in appearance before the learned trial court.

Learned counsel for the petitioner prays that Criminal Mis. Case No.1536 of 2019, Amkit Mogha vs. Sanjeev Agarwal and others, may be directed to be decided expeditiously in the interest of justice.

In view of the above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, learned trial court is directed to expedite and decide the proceedings of Criminal Mis. Case No.1536 of 2019, Amkit Mogha vs. Sanjeev Agarwal and others, at an early date say within a period of six months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.

The petition is disposed of accordingly.
