The present bail application has been filed on behalf of applicant Amar Bahadur under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, with a prayer to release him on anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 1119 of 2022 for offence punishable under Section 147, 148, 149, 323, 341, 307 of the Indian Penal Code, registered at Police Station- Baghrai, District-Pratapgarh, after rejecting the anticipatory bail application of the applicant by Sessions Judge, Pratapgarh vide order dated 22.07.2022.
After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicant wants to withdraw the application with liberty to file a regular bail application before the court of competent jurisdiction.
In view of the above, the application is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
