This petition has been filed for quashing charge sheet no.01 of 2020, dated 6.8.2020 and the summoning order dated 13.8.2020 passed in Criminal Case No.0146 of 2020, arising out of FIR No.0146 of 2020, under Sections 406, 504, 506 and 420 IPC, Police Station Sarojini Nagar, District Lucknow, pending in the court of Judicial Magistrate-III, Lucknow as well as for quashing of the entire proceedings of the aforesaid case.

The parties have settled their dispute amicably outside the Court and they have reduced the terms of the compromise in writing on 14.2.2022, and the terms of compromise has been placed on record as Annexure-6 to the petition. The said compromise has been verified by the Judicial Magistrate-III, Lucknow vide order dated 4.4.2022.

Considering the fact that the parties have settled their dispute outside the Court by way of compromise arrived at between the parties and the compromised has been verified by the court below, continuation of the criminal proceedings against the petitioner would not be justified and proper.

Petition is accordingly allowed and the charge sheet no.01 of

2020, dated 6.8.2020 and the summoning order dated 13.8.2020 passed in Criminal Case No.0146 of 2020, arising out of FIR No.0146 of 2020, under Sections 406, 504, 506 and 420 IPC, Police Station Sarojini Nagar, District Lucknow, pending in the court of Judicial Magistrate-III, Lucknow as well as the entire proceedings of the aforesaid case are hereby quashed.
