This is an application for cancellation of bail granted to opposite party no.2 by this Court vide order dated 5.8.2019 in Bail No.7476 of 2019 in case case crime no.37 of 2019 under sections 363,366,376 IPC and section 3/4 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012, Police Station-PGI, District Lucknow.
Shri Ayush Chaudhary, holding brief of Shri Ajay Madhavan, learned counsel for the applicant/complainant submits at the Bar that he wants to withdraw the application for cancellation of bail.
Learned A.G.A. has no objection to the prayer made by learned counsel for the applicant/complainant.
In view of the statement made by learned counsel for the applicant/complainant, no useful purpose would be served to keep this application for cancellation of bail pending.
Accordingly, this application for cancellation of bail is dismissed as withdrawn.
