The applicant, Ram Samujh, has moved the present application seeking cancellation of bail granted to the accused/ opposite party No. 2, namely, Nanha @ Arvind Kumar, who was granted bail vide order dated 09.10.2018 passed by a coordinate Bench of this Court passed in Bail No. 8553 of 2018, arising out of Case Crime No. 022 of 2018, under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 504, 302 I.P.C., Police Station Gosainganj, District Lucknow.

This bail cancellation application is of the year, 2018. On several occasions the learned counsel for the applicant has not turned up to press this bail cancellation application and even today he is not present. It appears that neither the applicant nor his counsel is interested to contest the case, therefore, there is no justification to keep the matter pending and the same deserves to be rejected.
