Learned counsel for the petitioner/applicant has moved this withdrawal application along with an affidavit and submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant petition as the petitioner has opted for Vivad Se Vishwas Scheme, 2020.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents has no objection.
In view of the above, the withdrawal application is allowed.
Consequently, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn .
