This writ petition has been filed seeking following relief:-
"Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of ad-interim mandamus directing the respondent no. 4 to issue Character Certificate to the petitioner immediately or direct the respondent no. 2 and 3 to maintain status-quo in running the aforesaid shop smoothly by the petitioner till the character certificate is not issued by the respondent no. 4."
After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he intends to withdraw this petition.
This writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn.
